Can I offer my one to ones, PT, private sessions, consultations, meetings, assessments, weigh-ins, etc. via the Appointments feature?

Yes! TeamUp has been designed with flexibility in mind. You can set up your schedule to cover all of your scheduling needs.

Will I be tied into a long term contract?

TeamUp works on a month to month subscription. You are only committed for the current month and if you decide to switch, you can take all your data with you.

Will it take me a lot of time to manage? I’m stressed and overworked as it is.

TeamUp will help you be more organised and improve the service you offer. With better insight into your business and a more professional impression for clients, you will see improvements in business and your free time.

I am not very confident in computers, is there a way you can set up an account for me?

Every TeamUp account comes with our unlimited “go the extra mile” support. We help you one-on-one for set up, and, if you need it, show you how to manage your account. This support never stops or runs out - you can call or message us whenever you need help.

Will my clients be able to figure out how to book?

It’s our experience that most people booking classes and appointments are grateful to be able to book online. In a special case, you can always help a client who can’t manage their own account. They'll be able to register for group classes or schedule an appointment with you all from your customer site or the TeamUp member app.
