Can I mix and match online and in-person classes?
You can run any types of classes side by side. The system works by allowing you to create venues. One might be your studio, one might be an online class. Everything is customizable and easy to change whenever needed.
Can I switch my existing members to online classes?
Yes. You can schedule additional classes and then make them available to members to book. Everything works seamlessly with existing memberships with no changes to payments or set up needed.
Do I have to have a paid Zoom account to be able to use the integration?
There is a time limit of 40 mins on classes on a free account so we would recommend this. You can still use some of the features with a free account, as well as use other systems. However, for the advanced features you will need a pro account.
Can I link a Zoom profile for each instructor so that I can run classes at the same time?
Yes, the Zoom integration supports all types of accounts. You can create venues for each profile so that you can run classes at the same time.
Can I run a one-off online class?
Yes, you can schedule any type of class alongside your normal schedules.
Can I offer on-demand content to my customers?
Yes, with TeamUp's new On Demand feature, you can offer a complete virtual content library. It's all include with your subscription.
