Can I mix and match online and in-person classes with my on-demand?
You can run your on-demand services side by side with all of your in-person and online classes. Whether you run all or some it's entirely up to you. Everything is included and easy to set up and maintain, and you can make changes at any time.
Can I add on-demand content for my existing members?
You can easily add your existing memberships to an access group to be able to view the content. Without needing to create any new memberships or payment plans or change anything about your customer's experience, they'll now get your amazing new content, too.
Do I have to pay for an additional video hosting service?
You can use any video hosting services that you prefer. Youtube and Vimeo offer free options, as well premium accounts if you prefer extra security, quality, and hosting space.
Are there any size or view limits on video content?
There are no limits in TeamUp on any content - if you have it available in your hosting platform then it is possible to add it to your On Demand library.
Are videos launched in TeamUp or will my customers be redirected?
As long as your video hosting supports the oEmbed protocol then your video will be viewable directly within TeamUp. Youtube and Vimeo both support this on both free and paid plans.
