Former customers were not as pleased with the time it took for their queries to be answered and the inconsistency of answers from different members of the support team. Mentions of bugs taking too long to get fixed or having to re-explain the problem to each person they talked to create a frustrating experience and lessened the value of the service for those customers.
A flat rate with no hidden costs. With TeamUp, our pricing is simple and laid out for you to see before you even sign up. Starting at £49/€59/$59 per month for businesses with 50 active members or less, you have access to everything we offer. If we bring out new features, you get them added to your subscription automatically. As your business grows, your price scales up to £149/€159/$179 200+ to unlimited customers, meaning your subscription only ever becomes better in value. We don’t have premium packages because we want to see your business grow, and if we add tools and features, we want you to use them. If you exceed 50 customers or scale down to 50 or less, the price is automatically altered, so you can carry on with your day-to-day without having to worry about changing your subscription or paying the incorrect amount each month.
High prices from the start. Glofox’s pricing is based on features in a similar fashion to Mindbody. With subscription fees starting at $129 per month (if you pay for the year up-front), or rising to $309 per month (again, if you pay for the year up-front), for smaller business owners it presents a high price for an admin solution. If you hope to make use of the features and tools that make Glofox stand out from other management software providers, you have to pay more for premium versions of the app. Something that Glofox offers that TeamUp currently does not offer is a custom app. This is appealing to some businesses but it costs a further $109 per month.
